Ali’s father, Dabangi Kasim, died of AIDS, leaving 7 children under the care of the poor mother, Katengere. She was employed digging to feed her children, but became too sick and weakened by the disease to work. Help from a grandfather was insufficient to feed all the children. The community leaders asked Canaan Children's Home to take the youngest of the children. Ali wants to be a teacher when he grows up and he loves to play football (soccer). We thank God for his life.
